Construction Project Manager for AI Training

Construction professionals with expertise in project management and cost estimation can leverage their skills to support AI research through flexible, contract-based work. This role involves evaluating AI-generated content related to retail construction workflows and cost planning practices, drawing on your hands-on experience in the field. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your professional experience to create expert-level training data for AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance in the context of retail construction.
• Provide feedback that enhances AI understanding of construction workflows and cost estimation practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cost estimation or construction project management.
• Experience in roles such as Cost Estimator or Construction Project Manager, or equivalent positions within the retail industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of construction and estimation workflows, including detailed cost estimation and architectural plan review.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.

This is a fully remote position with a flexible, asynchronous schedule. There is no minimum hour requirement, and most contributors typically work between 5 to 20 hours per week during active projects.

Compensation is up to $80/hr, depending on the project.
