(Remote) Manager Hosting Operation R&D

OnePulse, a division of Harris; is seeking a Manager Hosting Operation R&D who will oversee the ongoing efforts of the development team. The Manager is expected to perpetuate collaboration, transparency and innovation among our team members. They are also expected to strive for quality, efficiency and agility while supporting development deliverables on time and on budget. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 15% within the US. Salary: 75K - 85K What your impact will be: Lead and manage the R&D team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team. Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience in software development. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful R&D projects and product development. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to software development.
