Role Overview Provides direct, high-quality patient care in a Medical Acute Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. Focuses on evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and safety, while modeling proficiency through precepting and welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity. Prioritize patient needs and contribute to positive clinical outcomes. Maintain safety and quality standards at the point of care. Support team collaboration and precept new healthcare professionals. Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross with in-hand card prior to start.
