Alliance Entertainment is seeking a hands-on leader to build and lead Alliance Innovation & Solutions, a new function focused on business transformation, process improvement, automation, data integration, and practical AI adoption.

\n

\n

We are looking for a builder who works directly with business leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, evaluate alternatives, develop business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

\n

\n

The Director will work across the organization to transform ideas and challenges into well-defined initiatives that move from concept to execution.

\n

 

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
\n
• Evaluate ideas and opportunities related to process improvement, automation, AI, data integration, and enterprise systems.
\n
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations.
\n
• Define requirements and ensure initiatives are ready for execution.
\n
• Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of enterprise initiatives with a strong bias for action.
\n
• Remove bottlenecks, clarify ownership, and keep initiatives moving at the pace required by the business.
\n
• Partner with IT, vendors, and business sponsors throughout implementation.
\n
• Track adoption, measure results, and ensure expected benefits are realized.
\n
• Build and continuously improve the company's innovation and opportunity management processes.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, product management, operations, consulting, process improvement, technology enablement, or related fields.
\n
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable business results.
\n
• Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and executive recommendations.
\n
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Architect, Transformation Leader, or Management Consulting experience.
\n
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, data integration, or enterprise software implementations.
\n
• Experience in distribution, retail, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or technology-enabled operations.
\n
