Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• BS or Master‘s Degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday
• Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
