Desired qualifications:
- Experience supporting gauge calibration, metrology, inspection, or quality activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, and other measuring equipment.
- Ability to review, organize, and maintain QA documents, calibration records, work instructions, and inspection files.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Accurate data entry skills for updating logs, spreadsheets, databases, and tracking files.
- Ability to read basic part drawings, specifications, equipment labels, gauge IDs, and calibration requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify information, identify gaps, and follow up on missing or incomplete records.
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep project work moving.
- Prior experience with ISO 9001, audit preparation, document control, calibration systems, or QMS tools is preferred.
