Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting business partners, leadership, and decision‑makers with clear analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, drive efficiency, and contribute to our mission of making healthcare affordable for all. This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with required in‑office days each week. What You’ll Do as a Financial Analyst As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll provide key financial expertise and support by: Developing and managing budgets and forecasts for business partners. Completing monthly variance reporting for multiple department budgets. Building models to analyze data, explain variances, and prepare presentation materials. Partnering with the business to provide insights on spending trends and cost‑saving initiatives. Creating various reporting tools for analytics and ad hoc requests. Performing variance and trend analysis while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years. Supporting the CFO / Finance Director on key projects, analysis, and ad hoc requests. Aligning with corporate culture, mission, and core values in all aspects of work. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Required. 1–3 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred (not required if you’re the right fit for our team and culture). High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. Understanding of accounting concepts with excellent attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Works well in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.
