UI Graphic Designer

Job Location (2-Day Hybrid): Seattle About The Design And Research Team

If You’re Drafted, You’ll…

• Design user interfaces across all of our platforms – iOS, Android, and Web – owning layout, typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy
• Create interface graphics, icons, illustrations, and digital visual assets that bring the product to life
• Produce promotional graphics, marketing banners, advertisements, social media assets, and branded creative materials
• Maintain and expand our design system and UI component library, prepping production-ready assets for engineering
• Participate in design critiques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on visual design initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts that improve usability while keeping the brand consistent, and show up for design critiques with multidisciplinary teams

We’re Scouting For Team Players Who Have…

• 1-3+ years of full-time Design experience
• A strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showcasing your passion and foundations in design
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive and influence our visual direction.
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the fundamentals of UI, interaction and visual design.
• Expertise with or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes

Certain locations in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the base salary range and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation applicable to the role. For this role in the greater Seattle area, a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for full-time conversion is between $75,000 to $108,000. In addition to the base salary, this role will receive benefits + equity.
