Expected Work Schedule Monday through Friday, with on‑call and after‑hours rotation as required. Proven technical expertise with a passion for continuous learning. Responsibilities Include Install, configure, and maintain servers and network systems. Oversee and optimize organizational network operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal employees. Configure and maintain Windows Failover Clustering (2019‑2022). Administer and support Microsoft Entra, O365, and Exchange Online. Implement and manage backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik). Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and system optimization. Collaborate with leadership and end users to identify and address technical needs. Requirements Minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator. Proficiency in managing firewalls and wireless access points, with some familiarity with switch configurations. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
