As a Crew Member, you'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes. Your expertise will be applied to maintaining lawns and gardens, ensuring each area reflects our high standards. You'll also play a crucial role in seasonal pruning, shaping and enhancing the beauty of our client's properties.**Responsibilities and Duties*** Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.* Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.* Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants* Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area* Operating various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.**Job Requirements*** At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.* Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.* Landscaping is a physically demanding job - expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.* Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
