Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of food, beverage, and services sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
\n
• Build programs that aggregate purchasing volume, reduce operating costs, and support hotel profitability and guest satisfaction.
\n
• Strengthen relationships with hotel owners, operators, internal teams, and suppliers.
\n
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, pricing, quality, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
\n
• Analyze purchasing data, vendor reporting, and spend trends to identify savings and improve program engagement.
\n
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
\n
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while coordinating priorities with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
\n
• Support broader procurement initiatives and operational improvement projects across the organization.

Must-Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
\n
• At least eight years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or operations.
\n
• Experience in hospitality and food and beverage, ideally supporting a franchise network.
\n
• Strong financial acumen, financial modeling, spend analysis, and business analytics capabilities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
\n
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Master’s degree in business or hotel administration.
\n
• Experience developing sourcing programs across a large, multi-property hotel network.
\n
