Associate Business Development Executive

PCI Pharma Services seeks an Associate Business Development Executive to support account management and lead generation across multiple locations. The role involves preparing for client meetings, managing smaller accounts, conducting prospect research, and supporting outbound business development activities.

Responsibilities Attend client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews, documenting comprehensive minutes within two days Manage smaller client accounts and respond to inquiries via multiple channels Support lead generation by researching drug development companies and identifying business targets Execute outbound calls to pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and related organizations Coordinate site visits, trade show participation, and legal documentation submissions Requirements Ability to manage administrative and organizational tasks for client meetings Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with cold calling and outreach activities Capability to conduct research on pharmaceutical development companies
