Current Openings Full time ABA Instructor (English Speaking) - East Bay Area Position Description and Requirements Workload - Full time - 30 to 45 hours per week Candidates must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays for a 3 hour and 20 minute session Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or other related field Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism, implementing behavior and educational goals and programs Experience with Discrete Trial and ABA preferred Demonstrate a clear understanding of the basic principles of behavior modification and the programs provided by Innovative Pathways Inc.
