Enterprise Architect

Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting new opportunity for an Enterprise Architect for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) Contract at Peterson SFB supporting SYD 85 in the S5. As an Enterprise Architect, you will perform work involving the analysis, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of the enterprise structural framework to align IT strategy, plans, and systems with the organization's mission, goals, structure, and processes. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Developing reference models of the enterprise and maintaining the information in the IT repositoryDetermining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architectureRecommending the policies and principles to guide space, intelligence, and cyber related technology decisions for the enterprise architectureIdentifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologiesPromoting and educating customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architectureProviding enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teamsDocumenting the enterprise architecture infrastructure, including the business units and key processes, using modeling techniquesEnsuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by participating in test planning, validation, and reviewsEvaluating the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomesCoordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architectureSupporting implementation and execution of Agile software execution in concert with Government and Prime contractorsSupporting and advising on the development of Service Oriented Architectures for software development Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Citizenship: Must be a U.S. CitizenClearance: Must have an active DoD Secret clearance, be eligible for TS/SCI and be able to maintain itEducation: High School DiplomaYears of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience; OR,BA/BS degree with 5 years of directly related experiencePreferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degreeAdditional Experience: DoD Acquisition Program Office experienceMissile Warning, Missile Defense and/or Space Domain Awareness or Command and ControlSystemsDoDAF Architectural documentation experience (Highly Preferred) Cloud-based technologiesMission and/or software applications and their usesDigital Engineering/Model-Based Systems EngineeringSparx EA (including ProCloud Server) or Cameo Enterprise ArchitectModeling and simulation on software-intensive systemsTools such as MATLAB, Simulink, AFSIMPreferably to Space Systems Command or similar systemsAdditional Information:Location: Onsite at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, COHybrid: Telework capabilities for local candidates (percentage of telework allowed will vary based on the customer's discretion)Travel: Travel may be required to CONUS and OCONUS locations (approx. 10%)#LI-CV1 Company Overview Odyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
