How to Thrive in this Role You hold a university degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree with significant experience in manufacturing. You possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the domain of manufacturing. You possess excellent management aptitudes. You have a solid knowledge in lean manufacturing. You have good judgment, are flexible, results oriented, and at ease with tight deadlines. You possess a great sense of initiative. You are highly motivated, a team player able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
