At Bon Délire, we believe great hospitality starts with genuine connections. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.
Bon Délire is a modern French bistro where classic technique meets California ingredients. We are passionate about exceptional food, thoughtful cocktails, an exciting wine program, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do- Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Recommend wines, spirits, cocktails, and menu pairings with confidence.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions.
- Collaborate with servers, managers, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Help maintain inventory, prep ingredients, and support opening and closing procedures.
- Uphold all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or cocktail-focused bar.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
