Insurance Sales Representative

Agent/Advisor Position

Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of New York Life Insurance Company. As an Agent/Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them identify financial needs and implement strategies designed to protect their future. This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term, client-focused practice with support, training, and resources from New York Life.

Job Requirements:

• Obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of acceptance (company-paid)
• Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 registrations within 120 days (company-paid)
• Meet and contact prospective clients to discuss financial concerns and goals
• Conduct information-gathering meetings to assess client needs
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Demonstrated sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
