The location in Sanford, (Florida, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Converting Manager. This job is full-time permanent. Domtar, a leading manufacturer of tissue products, producing both virgin and recycled grades is seeking a qualified and experienced Converting Manager to join our team! This position is ideal for a career-minded individual with the ability to bring technical and leadership skills to the role making you a highly valuable member of the team. Prefer Tissue Converting Sincro experience.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesFamiliar with Safety Programs and Quality Control Standards. Basis Operator Care and Root Cause Analysis. Strong interpersonal skills with leadership and strategic thinking skills Ability to develop long and short-term strategic improvement plans Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and keep them progressing to completionDuties and ResponsibilitiesApproach all aspects of the work with'safety as a value.
