Youth Housing Navigator & Life Skills Advocate

Vita Nova, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Housing Case Manager to support young adults experiencing homelessness through its TH‑RRH program. This role provides intensive, housing‑focused case management, life skills development, and connection to community resources, across office and community settings to promote housing stability and well‑being.
