Movement Search is growing our Grand Rapids office, and we're looking for Full Desk Recruiters who know that recruiting is sales. Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships from scratch, and compete every day.

- Developing new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships.
- Running executive and professional searches.
- Recruiting passive talent that other firms can't reach.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Building a book of business that becomes your own long-term revenue stream
