Director Of NursingThe Director of Nursing (DON) plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards. Maintains a physical, social, and psychological environment that promotes the health and well-being of others, proactively anticipating and responding to resident, staff, and community needs.
