Position Overview The Partner role atApriois a leadership position responsible for leading client engagements, expanding market presence,developingand mentoring talent, and contributing to the firm’slong termstrategic direction. Partners act as stewards of theApriobrand, delivering excellence in client service while driving revenue growth, operational effectiveness, andcross firmcollaboration. Responsibilities Client Leadership & Service Delivery Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deliveringhighvalue strategic, technical, and operational guidance. Provide executive oversight on complex engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Maintaina strongunderstanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging business needs that impact client operations. Drive exceptional client experiences aligned withAprio’sservice standards. Business Development & Growth Develop and execute growth plans that expandAprio’smarket presence in designated practice areas or industry niches. Build andmaintainstrong referral networks, strategic partnerships, and market relationships. Identifynew opportunities for service expansion, innovative offerings, andcrossfirmsynergies. RepresentApriointernally and externally as a leader committed to firm culture and values. Talent Development & Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area. Lead engagement teams by modeling accountability, collaboration, and advocacy for employee growth. Provide performance oversight, career coaching, and succession planning support. Foster a diverse, inclusive,hightrustenvironment that enables teams to excel. Qualifications Required 12+ years of experience with demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm. Strong technical expertise and active CPA in the relevant discipline (Nonprofit Audit). Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development. Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams. High ethical standards. Preferred Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments. Prior partner or executive leadership experience.
