Check Accuracy: Ensure plating, modifiers, and order completeness meet our high standards. Communicate Effectively: Act as the bridge between cooks, servers, and runners to keep everything flowing seamlessly. Stage Food: Prepare dishes for timely delivery to our guests. Solve Problems: Handle missing items, corrections, or any issues that arise with confidence and grace. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who has the skills and mindset to succeed in this dynamic role. Here’s what we value: Strong multitasking and communication skills to keep everything on track. Calm, organized, and quick under pressure in a high-volume service environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to meet our busiest times. No prior experience? No problem!
