Schedules:

Monday -Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM will need to work 2 days a month during the weekend.

Friday Monday | 9:00 AM 7:00 PM

Tuesday Thursday OFF

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage
• Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries
• Build strong rapport and establish trust with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate coverage
• Present products and confidently close sales
• Upsell and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the value of our services

• A strong communicator who knows how to build rapport
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Able to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information
• Willing to learn and apply new sales techniques and product knowledge

Required Experience

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong phone presence
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
