Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.

• Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines.

• Promote preventive healthpractices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
\n
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patientcare.
\n
• Participate in the ongoingdevelopment and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accreditedMedical School.
\n
• Completion of an accreditedFamily Medicine Residency Program.
\n
• Active South Carolinamedical license (or eligibility to obtain).
\n
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
