Seasonal HR Assistant About the Role As the Seasonal Field Logistics Human Resources Specialist, you will support HR productivity through administering associate onboarding activities, HR processes and compliance programs What You’ll Do • Prepare recruiting materials for onsite job fairs • Heavy data entry for interview and orientation sessions • Assist with new hire orientation and benefits orientation sessions • Processes new hire documentation and onsite drug tests • Answers associate questions and/or redirects to AskHR (HR customer serivce) • Enter payroll data and process payroll exceptions • Ensure accurate data is entered into time keeping and scheduling systems • Process termination and final pay to meet state requirements • Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records • Accurate filing of personnel document • Additional tasks as assigned What Skills You Have Required • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Proficiency in computer navigation skills • Basic reading and math skills Preferred • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service • Ability to work as part of a team • Bilingual For other Kohl's jobs, click here here!
