Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Maryland
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of IEP processes and goal development
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, assisting in goal setting and progress monitoring
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with teaching teams and caregivers
• Support positive student outcomes through data-driven interventions and therapeutic strategies
