We are onboarding independent customer service contractors to service client support programs for nationally recognized brands. Client Support Agents will work from home and be the primary link between our clients' current and potential customers. JOB DUTIES Handle customer service calls professionally. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Accurately document call details and outcomes. Meet attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks. Maintain compliance with program requirements. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED Outstanding problem‑solving skills. Patience and empathy; ability to manage stress and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills in writing, verbal, and outstanding listening skills. Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service. Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software with technology. Basic computer skills. QUALIFICATIONS Must be a legal U.S. resident and citizen. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a 7‑year criminal background check. Must be able to work at least 15 hours (30 intervals) per week. No degree necessary – a great work‑from‑home opportunity for anyone ready to invest in themselves and work hard. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS Windows 11 ONLY – no Chromebooks or Apple (Macs) allowed. 8 GB RAM PC (minimum); 16 GB RAM PC (preferred). Dual monitors. Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet; no Wi‑Fi). IMPORTANT DETAILS Certification and startup requirements apply. Contractors are responsible for managing their schedule and performance.
