Schedule Full Time: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM - every other weekend Full Time: Sun 9-2, Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 10:30-7:30pm - every other weekend Full Time: Sun/Mon 11:30-7:30pm – Thur,Fri,sat 11-7:30 every other wknd Job Summary Is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills. Assists with cleaning, sanitization, and organization of kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and all storage areas. Other duties as requested or assigned.
