Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing care to diverse patient populations including psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke patients. Job Details:

• Location: Spokane, Washington
• Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a Level-3 or higher Emergency Department (ED); BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENCP (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or MOAB, and must pass Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam.
• EMR: EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
• Patient Types: Psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, stroke.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Floating: Rare, to FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) or elsewhere within the organization as helpful hands.
• Beds: 24.
• Start Date: 08/24/2026.
• Minimum Experience: 0 years.
