We provide commercial HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation services to large retail, grocery, and commercial clients throughout Florida.We are building strong project teams across Florida and are looking for skilled technicians who want steady work, clear expectations, and long-term growth.About the RoleWe are hiring a Commercial HVAC Projects Technician to support project-based HVAC work on commercial job sites throughout Florida. This role is focused heavily on metal ductwork fabrication and installation and is ideal for technicians comfortable working overnight schedules and traveling across the state.Location: Central Florida (Orlando-based, travel throughout Florida required) Schedule: Night Shift — Monday–Thursday (4x10-hour shifts, overnight work required) Travel: Regular travel across Florida (per diem or travel accommodations provided based on project) Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour, based on experienceResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, and install metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, fittings, transitions)Install HVAC components according to drawings and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and mechanical plansMeasure, cut, and assemble sheet metal accuratelyHang and support ductwork using proper hardware and methodsSeal, insulate, and finish duct systems as requiredWork safely on lifts, ladders, and job sites during overnight operationsCoordinate with foremen, project managers, and other tradesMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasRequirementsExperience in commercial HVAC installationStrong background in metal duct fabrication and installationAbility to read blueprints and mechanical drawingsComfortable working overnight / night shift schedulesReliable attendance and strong work ethicValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass background check and drug testWhat We OfferSteady commercial project work in South FloridaClear scope, structured projects, and consistent schedulesOpportunity for advancement within project teamsSupportive field leadership and long-term growth opportunitiesBenefits:At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
