Company Description: Vero Sales is hiring door to door sales representatives to sell fiber internet in extremely warm pin-pointed areas around the country, premium travel costs covered. What We Pay (See it same-day)

• First 14 days you'll receive $75 per qualified sale while you train in the field
• After that you'll receive $200+ per qualified sale, depending on the provider and campaign
• No hourly, no salary, no cap

Commission is paid on installs and verified against the ISP's own pay files SAME-DAY, providing you the upmost transparency, as it's the same source that pays us. You see the same numbers we see, right in your hands on our custom app Fiber Pay.

Key Responsibilities
Work assigned neighborhoods in warm fiber markets

• Talk with homeowners face to face about the internet they have now
• Check whether their address is eligible
• Walk qualified customers through signup
• Submit accurate sale information
• Show up for training and ongoing field coaching
  

Why fiber is an easier sell at doors than solar, security, or pest control

Fiber Internet is the fastest internet, and in most of our markets the install is FREE to the homeowner and there's NO CONTRACT. That removes most of the logical reasons a homeowner says no, so the conversation starts warmer than what you may have run before.

Providers vary by market and campaign and may include Verizon, AT&T, Frontier, Brightspeed, T-Mobile Fiber, Kinetic, Gateway Fiber, Astound, Sparklight, Lyte Fiber, Clearnetworx, DIRECTV Stream, and many more.

Where you'd work

Active markets right now are Minnesota, Alabama, New Jersey, Texas, Idaho, and Utah, New York, and around the nation as blitz events move.

This is a travel role, with your team to different Air BnB's. Expect multiple weeks per month away from home. If that doesn't fit your life, this isn't the right job, and it's better to know that now than three weeks in.

Elite Training

Fourteen days with Mitch, our President of Sales. You'll learn the offer, the pitch, how to open a conversation, how to handle objections, and how to stay professional after a no.

We'll provide coaching for improving sales skills. The consistency has to come from you.

The Vero 200 - Vegas UFC (active company incentive)

A sales marathon running now through January 1st, rewarding leaders with Vegas, and along the way bonus cash:

• $500 at FIRST 25 verified installs - guarenteed
• At 200 verified installs, you fly, stay, and watch UFC fight tickets in Las Vegas on Vero Sales LLC.
• Top three finishers take an additional $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000 on TOP.

Two hundred sounds like a wall until you do the math. It's about 12 installs a week. There's also a path to qualify for Vegas UFC by recruiting 3 reps who all sell 50+ before January 1st.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Working smartphone
• 30+ hours per week
• Able to travel multiple weeks per month
• Comfortable working outdoors and starting conversations with strangers
• Availability some afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays

Background in retail, restaurants, customer service, athletics, canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, telecom, alarms, or fundraising helps. None of it is required.
