The Server Assistant at Cutthroat's Saloon supports the service team by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is critical in maintaining service flow, assisting servers, and delivering a fast-paced, high-energy guest experience during the busy summer season.

Key Responsibilities
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain table availability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations
• Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate service gaps
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies (glassware, utensils, napkins, condiments)
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards


Qualifications:
