Duties Description This position in Student Financial Services, will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones and replying to emails in a welcoming and professional manner. In addition, other duties and responsibilities will include data entry, processing payments, billing and following up on scholarships, and processing mail as well as helping with other projects in the office.

Minimum Qualifications One year of clerical experience.Eligible for transfer, promotion or reinstatement into title.Eligible to be appointed from canvass list.
