Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Group Facilitation: Lead and facilitate psychoeducational process groups, focusing on providing clients and their families with education and support.

• Documentation: Complete all therapy notes, assessments, and required documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring a clear and comprehensive record of client interactions.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to prepare discharge plans, coordinate ongoing care, and ensure a seamless transition for clients as appropriate.

• Risk Management: Identify and respond to any safety concerns or risk factors for clients, including suicide and self-harm assessments, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented.

• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up sessions with clients post-discharge, monitoring their adjustment and progress to ensure continued support and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is designed to serve a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors will be expected to adapt their therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual and their families, ensuring a culturally competent and respectful service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possess current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
