Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Location: Franklin, MA
About the Opportunity
This is a compelling opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads with purpose and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Franklin, MA, where your leadership will directly shape the culture, performance, and success of the restaurant.
What You Will Do
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will set the standard for service excellence across every aspect of the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to consistently deliver high-quality service
Overseeing daily operations, from opening to close, with professionalism and precision
Selecting, scheduling, training, and managing staff with care and strategic intent
Exercising independent judgment to resolve conflicts and uphold operational standards
Dedicating more than 50% of your time to managerial responsibilities that drive measurable results
What You Bring
3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
A proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Strong integrity, honesty, and a guest-first philosophy
