Employment Type Part time Shift Day Shift Position Summary ***Up to $6,500.00 Sign On Bonus. Part-Time Day Shift. 2-10 Hour Shifts per week (variable). About the job As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System, you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. This position works 4/10 shifts (7:00am – 5:30pm) and requires on-call duty one weekday per week and participation in a holiday rotation with a 30‑minute response time. Responsibilities Implement, direct, communicate, and document nursing care in compliance with standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Advocate for patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Manage on‑call responsibilities, including timely response to patient calls during holiday rotation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program. Valid Indiana RN license. CPR certification upon hire, or ability to obtain within 60 days. 12+ months of operating room (OR) RN experience required. Experience with DaVinci Robotic Surgery is preferred.
