We're looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician who wants more than just a truck and a dispatch board. We need someone who can help us build the HVAC division from the ground up —a technician who delivers exceptional service, generates revenue ethically, creates lifelong customers, and becomes the face of our HVAC business in the community. What We Offer $20-$25 per hour during training and onboarding Transition to a performance-based compensation plan with uncapped earning potential Company vehicle Company-provided technology and tools Full-time, year-round work PTO and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Growth opportunity to help shape and lead a growing HVAC department What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Build trust with homeowners through outstanding customer service Present repair and replacement options professionally and ethically Generate revenue through strong technical expertise and customer education Maintain high close rates and average ticket performance Create lifelong customers and referrals through exceptional experiences Document all work accurately and completely Represent the Sergeants brand with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Proven track record of revenue generation and performance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and outgoing personality Ability to explain technical information in a way homeowners understand Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Desire to help grow a new department and make a lasting impact Who Will Thrive Here?
