Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold an active SLPA license in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with elementary, middle, or high school age groups
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans set by supervising SLPs
• Organized, proactive, and excited to contribute in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support speech-language services for students under the guidance of a supervising SLP
• Implement activities and exercises that target communication skills
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Attend meetings and contribute to student care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff, families, and students
• Adapt to the diverse needs of students across different grade levels
