Background in customer service or administrative support Ability to prioritize tasks and stay on track in a deadline-driven environment Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Preferred A background in legal, medical, insurance, or in-bound call center setting Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook; Excel a plus) Job Overview The Liability Specialist is an entry-level role that supports the early stages of personal injury cases by helping gather information and organize details needed to move each case forward. This role works closely with a small team of attorneys to help keep cases on track through the investigation process. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused position that involves communicating with others, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys helping others. They communicate clearly, stay on top of their work, and are eager to learn and grow in a legal setting.
