Industry: Multifamily Property Management About the Position Leasing Consultant Location: Carrollton, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Multifamily Property Management About the Position We are looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in the Carrollton TX area. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, has strong sales and customer service skills, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new leases, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Responsibilities Greet and professionally assist prospective and current residents Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and walk-ins Conduct engaging property tours and effectively highlight community features and amenities Explain rental rates, lease terms, availability, and community policies Convert prospects into qualified residents through effective sales and follow-up Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in the property management system Follow up consistently with prospective residents through phone, email, and text Process rental applications and assist with the leasing process Maintain knowledge of the local rental market and competing properties Assist with resident retention and customer-service initiatives Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming leasing office Assist with resident concerns and work with the management team to resolve issues Participate in resident events, marketing activities, and outreach efforts Meet or exceed leasing, occupancy, and customer-service goals What We are Looking For Previous leasing, apartment, hospitality, sales, or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional personality Sales-oriented and motivated by achieving goals Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using computers, email, and property management software Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish/English, are a plus Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Leasing bonuses and performance incentives Opportunities for advancement within property management Training and professional development Supportive team environment Employee benefits, if applicable Opportunity to build a long-term career in the multifamily industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrollton Properties
