Graphic Designer

Job Description The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing Team and is responsible for delivering high quality and innovative artwork that brings the brand communication to life through both print and digital platforms. This is a role for a creative individual with a strong aesthetic judgement and willingness to work in a team environment. Responsibilities Design and produce marketing communication/artwork (print digital) that meet brand guidelines. Collaborate with the internal creative team as well as various clients to develop creative solutions Stay current with healthcare apparel trends as well as fashion tends Attend Marketing meetings as assigned to collaborate and brainstorm collectively on creative and strategic solutions. Manage production of all print pieces from concept to completion. Work on projects with quick turnarounds to adapt to updates in design/production to meet deadlines Qualifications Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and others to support koi Catalog alongside with other print digital materials. Experience with photo re-touching, color correction and others. Education and/or Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or 5 to 8 years experience working in-house, agency related or freelance. 2 to 5 years experience in the apparel industry a plus. Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time management experience. Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
