Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab, Burlington, Vermont, 09/07/2026 start, 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting, $2,252–$2,408 per week, no guaranteed hours, Day shift (5x8), outpatient cardiology device clinic responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders, in an outpatient cardiac device clinic.
- Perform device interrogations, programming changes, and data retrieval in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and coordinate with the cardiology team for follow-up care and treatment planning.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in the electronic medical record, ensuring accuracy and completeness of device-related visits.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards during all device-related procedures and interactions.
- Educate patients on device care, lifestyle considerations, and follow-up schedules; maintain professional communication with the care team.

Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years
- Ability to work in an outpatient cardiac device clinic environment
- Monday–Friday day schedule (8:00–16:30) with no on-call or weekend requirements
