Google and Agentic Data Product Lead

Be a thought leader in how users interact with agents, where data is generated, and how to acquire and apply this data to solve complex issues and capture upside across Ads.Leverage new and existing types of privacy-preserving techniques and defining the goal for how data is unlocked and applied, given ecosystem, regulatory, and industry changes.Ideate and apply advanced ML/modeling techniques to deliver measurement breadth and accuracy for advertisers in a data-constrained environment.Consider and navigating complex relationships between users, businesses, and Google.Collaborate with partner teams, (e.g., Google Analytics, Search bidding, YouTube, etc) to apply data and lead a team of Product Managers (PMs) to manage a portfolio of agentic measurement problems.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.3 years of experience in software development or engineering.Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.At Google, we put our users first.
