Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Location: Phoenix, AZ, US We are hiring a skilled litigation attorney to handle complex personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. This hybrid role offers in‑office collaboration and remote work flexibility. What You’ll Do Handle complex personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Develop case strategies through in‑depth legal research, witness interviews, and expert consultations. Work side‑by‑side with an experienced attorney on case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy. Conduct legal analysis and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout their case. Collaborate with a dedicated legal team to ensure each case is meticulously prepared and the opposition is outworked. Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. What We’re Looking For Arizona or New Mexico licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability. Deep commitment to fighting for individuals who have suffered severe and life‑changing injuries.
