## What You'll Do:

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily nursing department operations
* Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate nursing care and services
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and caregivers
* Provide guidance and leadership in the absence of higher-level management
* Help create a safe, supportive, and resident-focused environment

## What We're Looking For:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan
* Active BLS certification
* Previous Assisted Living experience required
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for providing outstanding resident care
