Your team will work with the government to plan and prepare up to five major training events annually. You will design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team. As an authority in the planning and execution of large-scale training events, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the combat readiness of the U.S. Army while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.Work with us as we help train Division and Corps commanders and their staffs in the art of mission command during the conduct of large-scale combat operations.**What You’ll Work On:*** Oversee a 20-person team of Exercise Support Division and the HST staff.* Assist in planning and execution of up to five constructive command post Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) each year.* Provide direction on activities and behaviors to increase morale, in accordance with organization goals.* Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings.* Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.* Identify and analyze problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.* Provide guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues.* Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals.* Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
