Executive Housekeeper

Hampton Inn and Suites Kansas City Downtown Crossroads is on the lookout for a detail oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper. You will play a critical role leading our housekeeping team, enabling them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences, all while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
• Inspect rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
• Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
• Recruit housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
• Emphasize training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
• Communicate openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance and sets them up for success.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
