Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position combines local delivery driving with warehouse operations, providing a variety of responsibilities in a small, team-oriented work environment. You'll primarily deliver air conditioning and HVAC equipment using a flatbed truck while supporting daily warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Required Experience & Skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous flatbed or box truck driving experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive a flatbed truck to complete local deliveries of HVAC and air conditioning equipment
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Receive, stock, organize, and pull warehouse inventory
• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and driving procedures
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Familiarity with HVAC products or building materials
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and company vehicles
• Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments as needed
