Responsibilities Tracking and following up on purchase orders Communicating with vendors Monitoring deliveries and logistics Coordinating with drivers and resolving transportation issues Ensuring timely updates and follow-through on material-related activities Following up on P.Os and pushing if needed Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to coordinate logistics and communicate effectively with vendors and drivers Adaptability to a hybrid work environment Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with procurement processes
